About IAS Integrated Aviation Solutions, LLC is a growing engineering company with both DoD and commercial sector experience specializing in airline operations efficiency solutions. Based in Wilmington Delaware, IAS was formed by John Bragger in 2005, and he serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. Robert H. Shepherd serves as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. IAS’ employee group has deep experience as military and civilian aviators, in computer science and engineering, as well as entrepreneurial enterprise, making us uniquely qualified to understand and solve your company’s operational information needs. IAS was founded on principles that are directly reflected in our performance and products, and we set the bar high. Our flagship product, World-Wide Epubs©, was awarded 2006 “Benchmark Program” status by Air Mobility Command after installation in an Air Force strategic airlift wing in 2005. Our most recent commercial client is Virgin Group member, Virgin America Airlines, a multi-award winning, tech-savvy domestic US carrier. The Environment Crewmember technical publications has for many years remained a complicated and costly internal program for passenger and cargo carriers alike. Rising and fluctuating fuel costs are crushing the airline industry. Publication management in terms of added aircraft weight (hence fuel burn), acquisition, reproduction, distribution, currency and record-keeping is expensive in dollars and labor, and despite a well organized program, can still be excessively vulnerable. Web-based and digital programs offer improvement in multiple ways, but information currency continues to be problematic, exposing the company to FAA sanctions and/or fines. Through multiple publications regarding Electronic Flight Bags (EFB), the FAA has overtly thrown its support behind the distribution, carriage and display of digitized, required flight publications. The Question How to employ EFB concepts to achieve significant efficiency improvements, hence savings, in company operations? The Answer IAS, LLC will analyze current operations practices. We then design, propose and deliver process improvements that integrate with customized software to save fuel and labor dollars, enhance operations, and improve reliability in document currency, distribution and recordkeeping. Our goals are to meet the client’s operational efficiency needs, increase safety and reduce compliance vulnerability, all of which improve “the bottom line.” A close working relationship with our clients, based on integrity in our performance, is an essential element of every step in the process, and near term return on investment is a priority. Our success depends on your success. Contact IAS today at info@intavsol.com. How can we deliver for you? |
