VIRGIN AMERICA TAKES FLIGHT WITH EPUBS© In 2008, Virgin America was busy accumulating record-setting recognition and awards as a new US domestic airline, in part by insuring the employee group had the right tools and the best in technology. Flight Operations achievements included strong standardization and cost efficiency, but the technical publications / crewmember interface was in need of refinement. The initial web-based library was a step in the right direction, but desired levels of accessibility and standardization still needed some improvement.
